1. Coordination of automation and digitalization of business processes:
- initiation and implementation of projects aimed at improving financial monitoring procedures;
- analysis of current processes to identify "bottlenecks" and development of recommendations for their optimization;
- management of the project team and coordination of the work of the involved units;
- Selection, implementation and administration of automation systems (workflow systems, task management tools);
- development of technical requirements for the IT Department and ensuring the integration of new solutions into business processes.

- participation in the selection, configuration and implementation of task and workload management systems;
- adaptation workflow systems for the specific needs of financial monitoring.
3. Development and implementation of quality standards:
- participation in the creation of task management standards and the quality of work performance;
- documentation of work processes in the workflow system and ensuring their transparency;
- participation in the development and updating of regulations, procedures and internal instructions;
- control of compliance with accepted standards by the Department's units.
4. Reporting and analytics:
- formation of analytical reporting on team productivity and work process efficiency;
- identification of bottlenecks in work processes and providing recommendations for their optimization.
You are "our person" if you have:
- work experience in financial monitoring, compliance, internal control, financial investigation or auditing activities from 2 years;
- work experience with workflow systemmoms (for example, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project or similar);
- knowledge of business process automation tools (BPMN, Camunda, etc.);
- ability to analyze productivity of work processes and propose optimization;
- experience with reporting and dashboards (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau);
- understanding of process quality management principles;
- skills work with internal documents, regulations and procedural instructions;
- experience with accounting and reporting systems;
- certifications in the field of project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) will be an advantage.
