We need: Project manager in the area of ​​children, youth, families. >

Our requirements:

• higher education; 
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365);  
• 2 years of work experience as a project manager in humanitarian organizations; 
• knowledge of the principles of project work; 
• competent business communication and correspondence skills (in Ukrainian and English) are a must; 
• experience in writing project and grant applications; 
• organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a team; 
• ability to determine priority tasks; 
• politeness, attentiveness, responsibility, initiative, organization, sociability. 

Language requirements:

• Ukrainian language - fluent; 
• English language – B2.

Responsibilities:

• participation in the administration of the project pool; 
• participation in the development and implementation of documents regulating project activities; 
• form a "knowledge base", create checklists, instructions for other employees; 
• participate in the development and support the project at all stages; 
• monitor the deadlines, the quality of the implemented projects; 
• manage document flow and prepare project reports; 
• to communicate (verbally and in writing) with donor and partner organizations.
