Requirements:

• Higher education (engineering, construction, technical).
• Experience in the field of internal engineering networks and communications is mandatory.
• Ability to work in programs: AutoCAD, MS Office - a must.
• Basic knowledge of current standards, building codes and rules in the field of construction and installation of engineering systems.
• A car is desirable.
• Readiness for business trips.
• Responsibility, ability to plan your work, purposefulness.

Functional duties:

• project budgeting, submitting applications for materials;
• signing contracts, closing acts of completed works; 
• control of executive documentation;
• conducting tenders;
• control of deadlines and quality of work at the facility;
• submission of scope of work, salary information.
