The ideal candidate's skills include: 2 years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment Experience of work with different engagement models, especially fixed price Solid experience in people management Ecommerce industry experience is highly preferredSolid experience working with end customersExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience managing medium size projectsAbility to manage a few projects simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of Agile methodologiesMust be able to allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasksStrong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills Exceptional client and business orientation and related skillsMust demonstrate a hardworking disciplined character, be able to accept constructive criticism, motivate project teams, build consensus, and adhere to work policies and proceduresMust be proficient with the use of MS Office tools, MS Project or other Project Management systems, JiraExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong desire to learn more about business every day Optional: Knowledge of SFCC platform is a plus Technical background Professional Project Management certifications. The Role You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
