One ​​of the company's directions— the HOLDERS club of entrepreneurs, which is the organizer of large-scale (up to 400 participants) All-Ukrainian thematic summits,held every month and gathered under one roof business owners and their top management, as well as opinion leaders in their fields.

We have ambitious goals and plans for our events, so we are looking for our team Project-manager for summits, who can strengthen us and do the best professional activities with us.

Your main task will be planning, organizing and holding summits. Namely:

• Ensuring the availability of an up-to-date project implementation plan, as well as up-to-date plans for the collection of an accountable measure for all channels.

• Planning the budget of the accountable project, monitoring its compliance and finding optimization options.

• Search, communication and involvement of top speakers, opinion leaders at events.

• Establishment of effective interaction between departments involved in project implementation.

• Conducting regular planning meetings with the working group to control the implementation of plans and compliance with the schedule of the assigned tasks.

• Search, interaction and control of the work of all contractors.

• Analysis of key indicators of Internet marketing and sales departments, influence on them.

• Ensuring high NPS and customer satisfaction levels.

• Ensuring the absence of crisis situations caused by untimely execution of project works.

• Organization of a high-quality electronic document storage system for all company projects, documentation management, reporting.

You are our man if you have:

• Deducation in the positions of project manager, product manager from 2 years.

• Availability of experience in managing similar projects (summits) or commercial events (from the formation of the concept to summing up the financial results).

• Deep expertise in every stage of the project.

• Good understanding of key marketing indicators, experience influencing them.

• Experience in finding and engaging speakers will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of trends in the business education market, conferences in Ukraine and around the world, key players and their strategies.

• Analytic mindset, ability to think in terms of goals/results/decisions.

• Highly expressed leadership qualities, ambition, high level of communication intelligence.

• Personal time management.
