Project manager, event manager in Lemberg Tech Business School

Lemberg Tech Business School (Lviv Startup Club) is an educational organization created for the development of new IT technologies and business models in Ukraine.

Our company organizes annual conferences: Outsourcing Forum; Project Management Day; iCamp; GameDev, AI&BigData Day and a dozen others. We also organize training schools: jCEO School, PMSchool, Data Science School, Internet Marketing School, Startup School and many others.

Due to the increase in the number of projects, we are looking for an active, attentive, independent and responsible project manager in our team.

Event-manager (Project manager of IT conferences)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excell, PowerPoint)
• Fluent command of social networks (Facebook, Twitter), willingness to communicate a lot
• Orientation on the result
• Communication, ability to solve various situations
• Punctuality, organization, attention to details.

What will you do?

• Help realize large and small events for IT specialists from conception to reality.
• Work in a team, develop budgets, reduce risks and increase success.
• Communicate with speakers, monitor the market and look for new interesting speakers.
• Responsible for document flow.
• Help in the development of printing products
