Project manager / event manager in SAME & Friends / Seym ta Druzi, TOV

SAME&Friends is a marketing communications agency with more than ten years of experience and a large portfolio projects for the most famous international and local companies and brands. We are looking for project and event managers to join our team.

Duties:

• ? project management from the stage of preparation to implementation (turnkey);
• ?project management (communication with the client, project management);
• ? ?selection and control of the work of contractors;
• ? ?management of the internal team;
• ? ?drafting and management of project budgets, control of payments;
• ? ?keeping documentation and reporting on project results for clients and internal control.

Important skills and personal qualities:

• ? ?experience in a similar position of three years or more;
• experience in the organization of activities (events) will be an advantage;
• ? ?excellent organizational and communication skills to communicate with clients and contractors;
• ? ?a high level of self-organization and time management, the ability to set priorities and manage several projects in parallel;
• ? ?understanding of the stages and components of event organization;
• ? ?experience in team management;
• ? ?experience in drawing up project budgets;
• ? ?willingness to take responsibility;
• ? ?PC skills at the level of an experienced user (Power Point, Word, Excel);
• ? ?knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, English (ability to correspond, communicate freely, prepare presentations);
• ? ?a mandatory condition is the presence of a portfolio of successfully implemented projects.
