Project manager (Event, Conference, Mice) in CREATURA Ukraine

CREATURA is a full-cycle agency that organizes business events of any scale: from local business events to international conferences. We work with event agencies, companies, international organizations, brands.

We invite to our team a PROJECTMANAGER'A, who has successful experience in organizing events and managing a team. For our part, we are ready to provide everything necessary for development and a really decent level of income.

Summaries of candidates WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Remote or part-time employment is NOT CONSIDERED.

Our candidate:

• MUST have a driver's license of category "B" and driving experience (incl. with a manual gearbox);
• MUST have significant experience in the field of event organization;
• Experience in managing projects and project teams;
• Ready for permanent business trips around Ukraine;
• Possess time management skills, able to coordinate several projects at the same time and set priorities correctly;
• Speaks Ukrainian well and is able to express thoughts clearly and competently;
• Speaks English no lower than level "B2";
• Able to make independent decisions and be responsible for their results;
• Easily finds a common language with different people, knows how to persuade and negotiate, lead negotiations;
• Has a high level of skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace, Trello.

Responsibilities:

• Order preparation and implementation;
• Project team management of two event managers in the framework of project preparation and implementation;
• Preparation of terms of reference for related divisions and subcontractors;
• Search and analysis of optimal offers, selection of contractors;
• Preparation of the event and its turnkey implementation;
• Preparation of supporting and reporting documentation;
• Ensuring quality implementation projects in accordance with the company's values

Conditions:

• Probationary period - 3 months (salary at VT is determined based on the results of the interview and depends on relevant experience and need additional training)
• After successful completion of training - a high % of the profit of events;
• Office in the city of Kyiv, near the city of Beresteysk;
• Working schedule: in the office Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Full-time, irregular during events and business trips;
