Project manager (ERP SAP B1) in TG Consulting

TG Consulting is an ERP systems integrator company for business that has been operating on the market since 2003. The company has the status of SAP silver partner and is a consulting partner of the EBRD. Our company has more than 60 specialists working on projects in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

We are looking for our team<< b style="font-weight: 700">Project manager for successful management of project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Estimation of the project (cost and terms of implementation );
• Building a plan-schedule (in MC Project);
• Planning specialists for the project, monitoring the efficiency of the work of specialists;
• Control of timely and high-quality performance of works the project timely payments and actuation of works;
• Maintenance of project documentation;
• Risk management;
• Maintaining a healthy microclimate in the team;
• Ensuring timely collection, accumulation, distribution, storage and further use of project information;
• Participation in the construction and implementation of training and development plans employees;
• P&L + Cashflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position — from 2 years (preferably ERP implementation);
• Excellent communication skills (negotiation ability, establishing contact with teams, ability to defend a position);
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
