Project Manager @ Droptica in Droptica

Hello!

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Droptic PM Team, which currently consists of 3 people. 

As a Project Manager at Droptica, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing projects from the initiation phase to implementation. Your main task will be to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with schedule, budget and specifications, while meeting customer requirements and maintaining high quality of services.

Droptica is a Software House that creates dedicated websites and web applications. For over 11 years, our mission has been to provide customers with solid open source applications. We discover opportunities that allow us to provide our customers with new, best solutions.
Our services help companies acquire new customers and grow. We are proud that we can help companies from all over the world with this. We carry out several/dozen projects at the same time, of various sizes, for a wide range of clients.

During our activity so far, we have had the pleasure of successfully completing over 150 projects using Drupal and others

• English and Polish in C1degree in speech and writing,
• several years of experience in project management in Software House,
• experience in managing teams working in Agile and knowledge of the SCRUM methodology,
• ability to use agile project management tools - e.g. Jira,
• knowledge of issues related to web development to the extent that allows for effective work with the development team,
• the ability to present technical issues to the client in an accessible way,
• the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and excellent communication skills,
• experience in supervising project budgets,
• meticulousness and results-oriented.

Welcome:

• certification in one of the project management methods or Scrum Master certificate.
