Manage delivery in line with the project sponsors expectations, tolerances, timings and expected business benefits.Project Governance : help design, follow and contribute to the established project governance. Demonstrate emerging stakeholder management skills (e.g. proactively seek alignment of project activities with business and sponsor’s objectives). Propose alternative ways of working or strategies whenever relevant and when contributing to better project outcomes.Effectively build and maintain relationships : working with key stakeholders and team members and cultivating a network of experts inside and outside the organizationProject management tools and practices : is knowledgeable and ensures a consistent application of project management key practices, standards, methodologies, tools and templates.Continuous improvement : have a continuous improvement mindset (incl. simplification, standardization, sharing, automation) to remove waste and enhance team performance. Takes place in the PM community of practice.Coach and Develop : supports junior members of the team in developing the required skills of project management.
