What will need to be done?

?Communication with customers:

• Welcome calls and client briefings.

• Constant communication and customer support at all stages of the project.

• Presentation of the work plan, coordination of amendments and resolution of conflict situations.

• Supporting customer loyalty and upselling additional services.

• Ability to parry and meet customers' inflated expectations, gently put them in their place in case of non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract.

?Setting and controlling tasks:

• Formulation of TK for contextologists, targetologists, copywriters and landing page developers.

• Control of the work of contractors and specialists (adherence to deadlines and quality).

• Acceptance of works according to the checklist, request of reports from specialists and clear control of all aspects of the project.

?Project administration:

• Managing projects in the task manager (CRM).

• Delivering the project and receiving payment from clients.

• Reanimation of old projects that were on pause.

• Customer payment control.
