Project Manager, Department of Restructuring and Supporting Troubled Assets

Functional duties:

• Preparation of materials and direct participation in formation and approval of problem assets settlement strategies (legal entities, individuals with collateral, receivables); organization of the implementation of the plan of measures of the approved strategy.
• Analysis of materials on the problematic asset in terms of the contractual basis, economic activity, assets, current financial situation, prospects for settlement of overdue debt;
• Analysis of the possibility of applying various options settlement and formation of a strategy for settlement of overdue debt (out-of-court and/or judicial method);
• Preparation of materials for consideration by the committee of problem assets, providing conclusions and proposals for working with the problem asset;
• Organization implementation of the action plan of the approved strategy, coordination of actions with other divisions of the bank in the development and implementation of the strategy for the settlement of the problematic asset; reporting of completed work.

Requirements for candidates:

• Full higher education (legal or economic).
• Experience in the banking sector (from 2 years) in the direction of working with problematic assets of corporate business (legal entities).

• Knowledge of the main tools for problem debt settlement.
• Knowledge of the main regulatory acts related to mortgages, pledges, judicial and enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy, NBU regulations regarding the procedure for working with problem assets, etc.< /li>
• The presence of a military ticket or a temporary certificate of conscript (for men).
