The project is a high-precision strike aviation platform with a strategic range. This is a means of defeating priority targets in the deep rear. We create a product that surpasses existing analogues in terms of flight range, mass of the warhead and, most importantly, an intelligent system for overcoming air defense/rear defense zones. ensuring the autonomous execution of the mission at extremely long distances. The task involves the design of a glider with minimal frontal drag and radar visibility (Low Observable), the integration of a reliable power plant (DVZ/Turbojet) for long-hour flights and the implementation of complex multi-sensor navigation (inertial + astro + visual correction on the map), which works in conditions of complete absence of GNSS. All engineering solutions are based on the principles of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) — the transition from single samples to assembly line production of thousands of units.

The main goal of the position: transformation of the project from the R&D stage into a serial, strategically important product. Management of the full cycle of development (aerodynamics, engine construction, navigation) and the launch of mass production.
Desired competencies:
Experience in building effective teams and interacting with production units.
Understanding aircraft aerodynamics, internal combustion (or jet) engine operation, and fuel systems.
Understanding the principles of operation of inertial systems, CRPA antennas and methods of alternative navigation (Computer Vision / DSMAC).
Advanced level of mastery of engineering software and project management methodologies.
Knowledge of the principles of DFM, PLM, QA standards and serial assembly organization.
Advantage: experience in producing "iron" products from drawing to combat use (or a successful series).
Working trips within the country for testing and meetings with partners are planned.
