Project Manager, Customer Success (Meta, Google Adwords, TikTok) in Labgramm

Labgramm is an advertising agency that focuses on advertising in social networks and search engines (Meta, TT, Google Adwords). We conduct more than 35+ projects (Ukraine and Europe). In 2024, we have plans to grow 3 times! And for this we need cool, ambitious people in the team. We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager who will be busy organizing the work of the project team, building relationships with clients and being responsible for successful work with the project. Tasks that you will be engaged in on an ongoing basis: Combine communication between the client and technical teams; Plan and organize internal processes of work on the project, as well as organize communication with the client; Help create and defend reports for the client; Manage project risks, predict them and prevent; Work on keeping the project in the agency's portfolio; What we expect: Attention, thoroughness, self-organization, a sense of justice, honesty and responsibility; Experience in managing a team of 2 specialists (experience as a project manager, account manager in an agency will be an advantage) ;Experience with marketing products: first of all PPC (Google, Facebook), additionally SEO, media advertising, SMM; document flow, preparation of presentations, team building, process management.
