We implement projects for such companies as TEVA, GSK, Sandoz, ARTERIUM, MSD, Farmak, Bayer and others.
Now we are looking for a Mproject manager - Customer success manager (CSM).
Basic requirements:
- Fluency in English (B1 and above), with experience in digital agencies will be an advantage.
- Experience in project management, including calculation of estimates, budgets and coordination digital-campaigns.
- Knowledge of project management systems (for example, Bitrix) and practical experience with documents and reporting.
- Skills in communication with customers, content coordination, coordination of designers and teams, as well as desirable experience in SMM.
Will a plus:
- You have experience in managing marketing / PROMO / communication projects.
- You work confidently with numbers, estimates and budgets, you are not afraid of financial responsibility;
- You know how to structure: brief > plan > launch > control > documents > report.
Your tasks will be:
- Calculation of project estimates and budgets based on the current database of respondents and the estimate calculator (MCM), including manual calculations as needed.
- Preparation of the Appendix in accordance with the agreed estimate and project design in the Bitrix system with the introduction of financial indicators, budgets and status changes.
- Organizing the launch of projects such as telemarketing, SMS, Viber, e-mail newsletters, chatbots, quizzes, landing pages, webinars.
- Conducting meetings with customers to discuss project details, filling out the brief and coordinating requirements.
- Content management, including setting tasks for creation or content editing, its coordination with the client and making changes.
- Cooperation with the designer for the preparation of graphic elements and other design components of the project.
- Preparation of final reports on the project and coordination with the financial department for the preparation of invoices and acts.
- Control over the signing of documents (Appendix, act), organization of sending a package of documents to the client and ensuring timely return signed copies.
- Ensuring document flow at all stages of project implementation in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal company policies.
