We are a part of the Customer Success department, and our team executes the overall corporate strategy e.g. by enabling our global customer-facing teams (‘Customer Care’) with the right processes and tools to succeed. As part of the Customer Care Projects team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. After-sales services are a strategic high-priority area for 3Shape and we continuously strive to improve our offering, by adapting to customer feedback and scores. Key tasks will include defining, scoping, and driving projects across various teams, particularly but not limited to the global Customer Care functions, the regional management of customer-facing teams, Product Management and R&D.
