We are looking for an energetic and experienced project manager with experience in the implementation of CRM or related fields, who will help in the implementation of our mission - to increase the efficiency of business management through the introduction of automation. 

In this role, you will interact directly with clients on projects to solve practical business challenges, implementing and supporting CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, NetHunt).

At the end of each of our projects, we see the result of our work: one of our clients automates routine tasks, analytics or increases income due to the solutions we implemented. Therefore, you will be part of the success of each project. Usually the work is carried out with several projects at the same time, so you will have the opportunity to gain experience in different areas of the client's business.

 What will you do : 

  1. Interaction with Salesjam customers regarding implementation and improvement of CRM: 
    1. conducting meetings and interviews with the client,
    2. preparation of technical documentation,
    3. description of processes,
    4. project planning,
    5. control of terms and budget,
    6. li>
    7. holding meetings with the client.
  2. Setting up Zoho CRM, KeyCRM, Pipedrive and other CRM products from the portfolio company.
  3. Setting and control of developer tasks for development or integration.
  4. Manual testing of assigned tasks. 
  5. Conducting video presentations and training for the client's employees, developing video and text instructions, writing regulations.
  6. Supporting clients after project launch.
  7. Forming a knowledge base company and participation in process improvement.

Your key area of ​​responsibility will be:

  • Implement projects within agreed terms, budget and quality.
  • Provide quality support after system commissioning.

 Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience from 1 year of implementation of CRM implementation projects or related areas.
  • Knowledge of the basics of business analysis.
  • Knowledge of the basics of project management.
  • Knowledge of the basics of software development.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes. 
  • etiquette and professional communication (oral and written).

Will be a great advantage:

  • Experience with Zoho Deluge or Javascript. 
  • Experience in implementing Zoho / /Bitrix / HubSpot or others.
  • Experience in manual testing.
  • Education in Computer Science / Information Technology / System Analysis / mathematicians/ system analysis or similar. 
  • Understanding sales processes.
