Your role in joint success:

• Development, launch, analysis of CRM effectiveness - campaigns
• CRM development - of campaigns
• Development of communication scenarios (predictive, proactive and reactive))
• Synchronization of campaigns within the framework of the communication calendar
• CRM management - campaigns
• Definition of clear parameters of success and efficiency (quantitative, qualitative, and economic)
• Control and adjustment of existing ones
• Analysis client portfolio
• Identification of trends in customer behavior and appropriate segmentation
• Marketing and promotion
• Development of communication content together with marketing

Your background, which we need:

• Higher education (economic/financial/marketing/management)
• 2 years of experience in the financial field
• Experience in building processes to increase the sales funnel and attract customers.
