We believe that a good team is the key to business success, so we invite a CRM Project Manager to join us and help in the creation and implementation of new IT projects and support of existing ones for a company that is a market leader in furniture components and production services. We always have many interesting tasks and challenges.

• Formation and validation of business hypotheses
• Formation, coordination, prioritization and backlog management
• Creating and managing the roadmap according to the company strategy
• Forming the vision, strategy and product development plan
• Interaction with the team and stakeholders, collecting requirements and setting tasks.
• Preparation of project documentation (analytics, BPMN)
  

Requirements:

• Understanding principles of system operation: CRM, ERP, TMS, WMS, MES, SCM
• Experience in building processes in large, system companies
• Experience in product concept and strategy formation
• Skills of IT solutions market analysis, user needs and expectations analysis

Will be a plus:

• Odoo integration experience in company processes
• Experience in making architectural or conceptual decisions during product development
