Due to the growth and expansion of the company, we are looking for a ProjectmanagerCRM , who will share our values ​​and become part of a young and ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

< li>CRM system administration and support for its work
• CRM setup and optimization according to business needs
• Maintenance and update of customer database
• Analysis of data, creation of reports and recommendations
• Automation of work processes
• Education of personnel for effective the use of CRM

 Requirements:

• experience in CRM/ERP implementation
• ability to describe processes (preferably BPMN 2)
• experience of conducting training (speeches, seminars, etc.)
• creating training documentation

 The company offers:

• work format in the office (Kyiv, a couple of minutes on foot from the Boryspilska metro station), with everything necessary for comfortable and stable work: constantly available light, Internet, tea and coffee, next to the office is equipped shelter;
• work schedule from Monday to Friday (9:00-18:00);
• Registration according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
