You’ll act as the client’s voice within our company, but also as the team’s enabler, making sure the road to delivery is smooth.What You’ll Be Doing:Client Advocate: You’ll take ownership of client communication, ensuring their goals and feedback are clearly understood by the development team.Requirements Refinement: You’ll break down client requests into clear, actionable tasks for the team, ensuring we deliver exactly what the client needs—no more, no less.Sprint Planning & Team Accountability: You’ll work with the developers to plan sprints, prioritize features, and manage tasks. You’ll hold the team accountable, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Metrics Tracking: You’ll track key metrics like team velocity, billability, defect rates, and task completion. You’ll know where the bottlenecks are and address them head-on.Weekly Reporting: You’ll send out clear and concise weekly reports to clients, keeping them up to date on progress, challenges, and next steps.Process Standardization: You’ll help establish and refine our internal processes to ensure smooth communication, efficiency, and clarity for everyone.How You’ll Be Doing It:You’ll bring an Agile framework to everything you do, using clear metrics and data to track progress and drive decision-making.You’ll act as the bridge between clients and developers, making sure communication is seamless and nothing is lost in translation.You’ll empower the team by removing blockers, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring they have everything they need to stay productive.You’ll embrace our fun, collaborative culture, but also bring the structure and process we need to level up.What You’ll Get:Ownership & Impact: You won’t just be managing projects, you’ll be shaping the way we work and the way our clients succeed.
