Your main tasks will be:

• Management of consulting clients and building trusting business relationships with them.

• Organization and participation in internal and external (with clients) meetings.

• Formation of the working group and its coordination during the management of the entire project.

• Implementation of individual stages of the project together with an expert and a project analyst, as well as the opportunity to act independently as an expert in those areas where there is sufficient expertise.

• Collection and processing of feedback from clients, organization of filming cases and reviews from clients.

• Providing marginality of projects.

• < p>Participation in sales meetings (reading the request/presentation of the contract).

• Formation of a commercial proposal for the sale of the project.

• Formation of the project implementation plan.

• Coordination of the work of analysts on the project from the point of view of the product solution.

You are our man if you have:

• Work experience in the positions of project manager, project manager, client manager, business consultant, etc.

• Experience in managing client projects, calculating key project performance indicators.

• English language level from B2.

• A high level of business erudition, knowledge and skills in business systematization, expertise in some business functions (marketing, finance, sales, HR, etc.) will be an advantage.

• Negotiation experience.

• Skills for effective planning of personal and project team time.

• Customer orientation, focus on results, systematicity, sociability, persistence, stress resistance, flexibility, empathy.

• The presence of specialized knowledge acquired during practical activities or during training (courses, trainings, workshops) will be an advantage.
