Project manager (construction of solar power plants and energy storage systems) in UTEM SOLAR

UTEM SOLAR is looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate the implementation of commercial and industrial energy projects - solar power plants and energy storage systems.

The main task of this role is control and project implementation coordination, interaction with teams, contractors and internal departments of the company to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work. UTEM SOLAR is a company with many years of experience in building solar power plants of various purposes throughout Ukraine. We also implement energy storage systems for backup and autonomous power supply.

Thanks to experience and a professional team, the company has implemented 1000+ energy projects operating throughout Ukraine. The total installed capacity of our solar power plants exceeds 30+ MW, and the total capacity of installed energy storage systems is 8+ MWh.

• management of the construction projects of solar power plants and energy storage systems;

• coordination of the interaction between installation teams, contractors and internal teams;

• works.

• tracking the progress of project implementation;

• identifying and solving problematic issues (technical, organizational or logistical);

• monitoring compliance with work deadlines.

Reporting and ooptimization of processes

• preparation of regular reports on the status of project implementation;

• analysis of project implementation processes;

• making suggestions for improving the efficiency of teams.

Requirements for the candidate:

• technical education (energy, electrical engineering, construction or related areas);

• experience as a project manager / project coordinator / foreman from 2 years;

• work experience in the field of energy or construction will be an advantage;

• understanding of construction or engineering project implementation processes;

• planning and task management skills;

• knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage;

• ability to work with technical documentation;

• high level of organization and communication skills;

• category B driver's license.
