Job responsibilities:
• Arranging work on a design project at all stages (design and implementation)
• Organizing the studio team and third-party contractors
• Work with clients on the project: meetings, schedules, approvals, notifications
• Responsibility for the project management procedure and deadlines
• Conducting meetings with clients and contractors, preparing reports based on the results of the meetings
• Control of project performers with verification of the results of their work together with the project team
Requirements:
• Experience as a project manager in construction of at least 1 year (B2C sector)
• Higher education (finance / management / construction engineering / architecture)
• Experience in organizing a project team• Excellent level of Excel and AutoCad
• Ability to optimize processes and create ideal customer service
Personal skills and qualities:
• Communication - Pro level
• Fluent oral and written communication in English (Russian language is a +)
• Proactive position at work• Attentiveness, responsibility, patience
• Ability to complete assigned tasks clearly and on time, plan your time
• The ability to formulate tasks well and quickly find a solution or delegate to performers while checking the timing and quality of the work performed

• Working hours Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:00 + periodic meetings with clients in the evenings, site visits
