Tasks to be solved:

• object search;
• conducting negotiations and signing contracts;
• management of the project team during the implementation of works;
• documentary support.

Requirements:

• knowledge of project management methodologies, experience in their application;
• strong communication skills;
• technical education, preferably construction;
• ability to read drawings;
• experience in P&L and CF budget planning for the project;
• responsibility, organization, result orientation .
