So, the main tasks will be:

Support of our Project managers during the implementation of projects (construction of new stores);

Coordinating the technical conditions of lease agreements for LPP stores;

Cooperation with project companies ;

Visits to facilities where stores are planned to be opened,

Preparation of reports and comparative tables (budgets, subcontractor proposals, facility visit reports, technical applications);

Compilation and verification of formal and legal documents related to the execution of construction works;

Analysis of planned budgets and realized investments;

Acceptance of works from contractors;

Support in the organization and comparative analysis of tender offers;

Requirements for our candidates:

English language level Intermediate + (must have) ;
Experience in construction projects;< /li>
Higher education in the field of construction/architecture will be an advantage;
A confident user of MS Office programs (experience in MS Project will be a significant advantage);
