The charity fund is looking for its project manager. 

The goal of the fund is to work in the most dynamic environment to help people and the country through the funds raised, partnerships, internal projects, and the development of the country.

Who we are looking for:

• 2 years of experience in managing programs, projects and teams, preferably in the charity sector.
• Ability to work with various groups of contractors, including local communities, government organizations and international partners.
• Experience of successfully implemented social projects.
• Experience of team management, ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in their application .
• Ability to analyze information and find solutions.
• Willingness to quickly adapt to changes and solve problems.
• Experience with budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• attracting new donors, investors and partners.
• searching and establishing cooperation with key foreign partners and investors .
• negotiations with state institutions and public organizations, work with media and information networks.
• planning, launch, control and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
• launch new projects in accordance with its mission and the goals of the foundation.
• effective allocation of resources, including human, financial and material resources.
