- 2 years of experience in managing programs, projects and teams, preferably in the charity sector.
- Ability to work with various groups of contractors, including local communities, government organizations and international partners.
- Experience of successfully implemented social projects.
- Experience of team management, ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in their application .
- Ability to analyze information and find solutions.
- Willingness to quickly adapt to changes and solve problems.
- Experience with budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- attracting new donors, investors and partners.
- searching and establishing cooperation with key foreign partners and investors .
- negotiations with state institutions and public organizations, work with media and information networks.
- planning, launch, control and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
- launch new projects in accordance with its mission and the goals of the foundation.
- effective allocation of resources, including human, financial and material resources.
