We are a team of professionals assisting nonprofits (both civic and governmental) and media organizations focused on social changes in unveiling their digital potential. We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Project Manager to join our PM team for long-term cooperation. We are ready to consider junior specialists and specialists in the fields of QA, BA or Dev who want to develop as project managers. Responsibilities:Managing projects at different stages of realization, from initiation to completion;Identification and detailed analysis of client requirements, agreement on ToR, organization of interviews and approval of layouts;Website structure design, development of ToR, roadmap creation;Organizing and coordinating the work of the project team, which includes designers, developers, QA, etc.Building constructive relationships with clients, including regular communication and reporting at all stages of project execution. Required skills: Proven experience in project management;Experience in project planning from scratch, tasks setting, monitoring their execution, team management;Understanding of project management methodologies and the life cycle of software development;Understanding of UX principles, structure design and website development process;Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, as well as independence in decision-making. You are our ideal candidate if you have:English B2+ level and Ukrainian - C2;Experience in writing ToR;Experience working with Wordpress/Background in Wordpress development;Great communication skills and the ability to negotiate;Education in project management and business analysis; Experience with tools: Worksection, Figma, Webflow, Airtable, Google Workspace, Jira etc. Will be a plus:Understanding the specifics of the nonprofit sector (NGOs, government);Understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, database basics;Experience in volunteering or participation in public organizations. What we offer: Stable and competitive salary, paid monthly;Remote work, partially flexible hours;Fulltime employment, 8 hours / 5 days a week;Professional development under the guidance of an experienced mentor, team support, and the opportunity to study on courses and master classes;Paid vacation (active 6 months after the start of the full time).Internal technical standards contribute to work efficiency and quality;Participation in socially beneficial projects that help change Ukraine and the world; Please indicate a detailed description of your work experience, relevant projects portfolio (links with a short description of your part of work) and salary expectations in your CV/cover letter.
