project manager (business analyst) in USG, PAT SK

Requirements:

knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;

technical education in the IT field or work experience in IT;

experience in writing simple technical tasks for a developer;

excellent communication skills;

knowledge of Java is desirable; 

experience working in an insurance company will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- project management for process automation;

- process optimization;

- development of business requirements for software development/customization;

- search and analysis for compliance with process management software requirements;

- writing technical tasks for the developer;

- development and updating of internal normative documents (orders, instructions regulating processes, activities of employees and divisions);

- study of new software products, participation in training organized by the IT department (training is conducted in English).
