We expect from you: higher education; knowledge of methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Kanban; ability to create detailed project plans, including development of schedules, budgets and resource plans; ability to identify potential risks, analyze them and develop strategies for them minimization or avoidance; ability to monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan and take corrective action; manage project budgets, control costs and ensure adherence to financial frameworks; ability to effectively plan and allocate resources, including human, material and financial; ability to shape, motivate and lead project team, ensuring effective interaction and collaboration; knowledge of software products for project management, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA; ability to develop and implement change management strategies, adapting the project to new conditions and requirements; generating reports.
