Our second direction is NEOR e-commerce, we sell useful home appliances that we sell in all national networks of Ukraine (Rosetka, Epicenter, Allo, Komfi, Foxtrot and others).

< strong style="font-weight: 700">At the start you will lead 3 sales managers as a manager. Your task will be to ensure stable growth of TM, expand staff and increase sales. Your ultimate goal will be to develop the NEOR direction and make it an independent business that will consistently generate profits.

The main duties of this position:

• Sales growth and profit in the area of ​​TM NEOR;
• Building strong business relationships with existing customers and searching for new customers;
• Ensuring the implementation of the CRI by managers of the area NEOR.

It is important for this position:

• Understanding sales, ability to use sales tools;
• Project management skills (management projects);
• Teamwork skills, creating and managing a team;
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to work with many tasks, organization

It will be a HUGE plus if you:

• You have experience in building a sales department, or the successful launch of a separate sales direction;
• You have analytical and problem-solving skills;
• A confident user of Word, Excel , Google programs.

We offer:

• Salary25-40 thousand UAH (rate + bonuses) the salary directly depends on the starting competencies and can be revised according to your salary expectations.
• Working day: from 9.00 to 18.00, Sat., Sun. — weekends.
