Project Manager (Big Data) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The general goal of the position:to be an expert in Big Data analytical solutions, help teams and clients to correctly formulate tasks, turn business requests into high-quality analytical projects and accompany them from the start to the final presentation of the results. 

Responsibilities: 

Consulting and working with the client

• Get involved in projects at the stage of deep immersion in the client’s business
• Debrief the client (together with sellers or independently)
• Form a clear understanding: the client’s task, expectations from analytics, potential business value of the project

Expertise and validation of projects

• Be an expert in Big Data analytical products of a telecom operator
• Validate analytical projects from the point of view of: the correctness of the business request, compliance with data capabilities, methodology and expected results
• Evaluate the feasibility of project implementation and propose optimal approaches

Formation of TOR and task setting

• Form or validate technical tasks (TOR) for analytical projects
• Translate business requests into structured analytic tasks
• Set tasks to internal teams (analysts, technical teams)
• Involve a technical expert in cases where a deeper technical expertise

Project support

• Support projects from start to final presentation
• Ensure compliance of the results with the initial business request
• Participate in the presentation of results to clients
• Collect feedback to improve approaches and products

Requirements for candidate: 

mandatory 

• Experience working with client business inquiries (not necessarily sales), possibly a Project manager position from 1 year
• Experience in analytics, consulting, data / business analytics or related areas
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders, possibly experience in B2B
• Ability to structure tasks and form TOR for analytical projects
• Analytical and systems thinking

desirable 

• Experience in consulting or strategic projects
• Experience in presenting complex analytical results to a business audience
