Project Manager in Uptech

In seven years, we have created more than 150 products, including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team has launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova. As a Project Manager at Uptech, you will work closely with our customers, starting from the pre-sale stage to the product launch, responsible for the implementation of projects in accordance with the requirements in terms of quality, time and budget. Necessary skills: You have 3-5 years of experience in IT outsourcing project management; You have experience in creating IT products from scratch in compliance with budgets, deadlines, scopes and other restrictions from the client; You know how to collect information from clients and users and turn it into business requirements, user stories and software requirements; You know how to prioritize the development of product functionality in accordance with stakeholder requirements; You have experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team management; You have experience in successful conflict resolution and risk minimization; You have strong written and oral communication skills; You have a level of English — Advanced (written and spoken). It will be a plus: UX skills (wireframing, prototyping, User Research); Experience in user and competitor research (user interviews, user tests, competitor analysis) for making product decisions; Experience in pre-sales; Experience in web/mobile development; Professional education. Your tasks: Identify and involve stakeholders throughout the entire product development process; Determine and collect project requirements, transform them into project documentation (business requirements, user stories, use cases); Developing a detailed project plan and tracking progress using reports in Jira and Spreadsheets; Delivering projects within client constraints (budget, scope, deadlines), ensuring compliance with quality standards; Identifying potential risks, proactively acting ahead of time to resolve issues; Project management in accordance with Scrum and Uptech best practices; Project team management, process improvement and team performance control; Cost assessment of proposed solutions at the pre-sale and development stages; Conducting research activities, such as user interviews, competitor analysis, UX tests etc. How does the hiring process take place?
