Requirements:
- Experience in organizational work will be an advantage
- Experience in the preparation of the filming process will be an advantage
- Ability to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to draw up plans and reports
- Ability to quickly solve operational tasks
- Fluency in MS Office and Google docs
- Knowledge of Figma, Cnava, Power Point will be an advantage
- Understanding the 2D and 3D animation production process
- Initiative, activity, responsibility
- Understanding the video production process will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Creating technical tasks for the team and contractors
- Working in a team to set tasks and control their execution
- Setting tasks for screenwriters, copywriters, designers

- Coordination of preparation for filming (search for locations, actors, props, etc.)
- Search and collection of necessary information
- Organization of work on the set
- Participation in the development and control of the plan-schedule of preparation for the shooting
- Search and purchase of products and other inventory necessary for the shooting
- Preparation of the estimate for the shooting, accounting of funds
- Correspondence with partners and clients of the production studio (not sales!)
- Information support of the employees of the production studio
Working conditions:
- Flexible work schedule
- 5 working days
- Be available on weekends
- Collection of information, preparation for projects and shooting is mostly done remotely
- Participation in team zooms
- Participation in zooms with clients
