Project manager at the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

We are constantly looking for goal-oriented project managers who never stop improving. In this role, you will be the driving force behind projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. If you like to organize processes, plan and implement activities within deadlines and resources, are ready to accept challenges and inspire the team, we are waiting for your resume.  

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• Perform the full cycle of project management: operational planning and administration activities, preparation of reports, tracking and evaluation of results. 
• Organize the work of the project team, distribute tasks within the project. 
• Prepare and coordinate events (trainings, webinars, presentations). 
• Establish and maintain communications with partners, donors and contractors. 
• Produce ideas for project development. 
• Other organizational works. 

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have a full university degree. 
• You have experience in managing multi-component projects and/or programs. 
• You are fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Upper-intermediate level and above, both orally and in writing.  
• You are well versed in office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.).
• You meet deadlines and do your work conscientiously. 
• Strive for efficiency in any tasks, are highly motivated and ready for dynamic work. 
• Constructively respond to challenges, offer ways to solve them. 

Experience in the public sector will be an advantage. We will be happy together with professionals and valuable individuals to influence the development of the state.
