Vacancy: Project manager in the design studio We are looking for a project manager to join the team. A team of 8 people (we will increase it after the PM vacancy is closed). Office in Khmelnytskyi (work only in the city in the office, respectively). If you are ready to join us, this could be a great opportunity to grow in the field of interior design as a manager. Main functional duties: Management of design project development, from the initial stage to completion. Project communication with customers (questionnaires, coordination, clarification, presentations). Delegation of tasks to designers, draftsmen, etc. Drafting of TK. Regular management with team members. Formulation of tasks and control over their execution. Analysis and planning of the workload of the team. Drawing up work schedules and managing their compliance. Preparing the project for presentation and printing. Assessing the effectiveness of current processes and, if necessary, improving them. Requirements: Experience in managing projects in a digital studio or architectural/design office (from 2 years) will be a significant advantage. However, we are also ready to consider a designer with experience in implementing projects at various stages, and who currently wants to develop in the role of a manager. Experience in the field of interior design or architecture will be a very significant advantage. Basic skills for PMs (multitasking, systematicity, responsibility, stress resistance, attentiveness to details, adaptability). Soft skills of communication, tact, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Clear and clear writing, typing speed.
