GO "Military School "Boryviter" is a public non-profit organization that was created in April 2022 in response to the military invasion of Russia.
Our mission:
< ol>To support the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the war with Russia by providing intensive free training courses for servicemen of Ukraine.
Contribute to the ability of Ukraine to independently provide modern and effective military training according to the standards of NATO countries.

Areas of responsibility:

Implementation of projects and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Coordination with the NGO team, external and international partners within the framework of projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Organization and coordination attraction of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for the implementation of project tasks.
Monitoring and reporting on project results.
Planning of projects of the NGO "Military School "Boryviter".
Key Expectations:
Experience in managing projects of various complexity and intensity.
Turnkey project implementation experience."
Understanding the specifics of work in the military sphere and orientation in military topics.
Negotiating and business correspondence skills.
Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher (will be a significant advantage).
Experience of serving in the Defense Forces (will be a significant advantage).
High level of responsibility, self-organization and ability to work in a team.
Readiness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad.
Terms of use:
Full-time employment (Kyiv).
