Project manager in an architectural office in IK-architects

The IK-architects team is looking for a Project Manager to work on Ukrainian, European and American projects full-time.

What needs to be done:??

• formation, planning of tasks for the team;??management and control of execution schedules: design / construction / implementation;?
• communication with the team, clients, contractors, builders for implementation delivered tasks;??
• ordering the specification;??
• work on increasing the level of team and customer loyalty;??
• accepting the result (first iteration) of technical documentation; ??
• work on optimization of processes and project tasks

Who are we looking for:

• ?communicative, energetic person;??stress-resistant, with understanding that there are no hopeless situations;??
• with an understanding of the design and implementation process;??
• technical/architectural/design background (education/experience/personal construction)??

• knowledge of Ukrainian (fluent) and English (from Intermediate)

What will be +:

• - ability to work in graphic editors for the purpose of creating presentations, layouts, etc.
