Duties :

• Managing projects from start to finish.
• Checking project documentation, including work schedules and budgets.
• Determining resource needs and management of the project team.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring its implementation within the established deadlines and budget.
• Identifying and managing project risks.
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Continuous improvement of project management processes and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience as a project manager from 3 years.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and effectively manage at times.
• Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions.
• Perform author supervision on construction sites.
• Owning modern software tools (MS Project, Microsoft Excel is a must mandatory, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD basic)
