Requirements:

• Ability to quickly learn and absorb information
• Knowledge of the project life cycle
• Understanding of project management processes and methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/ClickUp)
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Well-developed empathy and communication
• Critical thinking
• Flexibility in mastering modern information tools
• Digital literacy (Google Suite, Telegram and others )
• Dedication to our projects

Duties:

• Communication with clients and contractors< /li>
• Administration of work processes
• Coordination of team work, prioritization of tasks
• Meeting deadlines and implementation of project tasks
• Reporting on projects
• Improvement of instructions and processes
