Задачі на цій посаді будуть такі: 

• Підрахунок обсягів робіт згідно з проектною документацією.

• Ведення накопичувальних відомостей по об‘ємам виконаних робіт.

• Обміри та підготовка дефектних актів.

• Перевірка нарядів на відповідність об'єму виконаних робіт.

• Формування архівної документації: проектної, виконавчої.

• Участь у складанні графіків виконання робіт на об'єкті.

• Контроль за дотриманням технічних норм виконання будівельних робіт відповідно до нормативно-правової бази в сфері будівництва, ДБН та ін. документації.

• Взаємодія з усіма структурними підрозділами компанії.

• Перевірка та погодження об'ємів виконаних робіт від субпідрядних організацій, виконавців.

  Control of Subcontracted Subcontracted Executive Documentation Organizations. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> The profile of our ideal candidate:

  Experience in a similar position from the 1st year;

  • Ability to Read Project-Economic Documentation;

  • Understanding the structure of estimated documentation, basic knowledge of the calculation of estimates, operation of the AVK software (STS);

  • Knowledge of the Regulatory Legal Base in the Field of Construction, DBN, and Other Legal Acts;

  • Understanding the technological sequence of construction work;

  • Knowledge of Building Technologies;

  • Free Master of Computer and MS Office products, AutoCad.
