Atthis point, Zelh islooking for a Project Manager for one ofour clients in Architectural field. Responsibilities : Manages both partial scope and full scope projects Directs project correspondences byreviewing project proposals, generating project workflows, coordinating them between departments (Ex. Designers, Engineers, and Admin Staff) tomaintain project deadlines, maintain quality service, and ensure project deliverables are completed and provided tothe client. Coordinates all project-related paperwork byensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed/saved. Facilitates all necessary meetings including; but not limitedto, HOA board meetings, Building Department meetings, and project staff meetings. Maintains project schedules and budgeted hours. Manages special scope and system implementation projects asrequested bythe Senior Project Manager.
