• Organization and control of construction (formation of the construction and assembly work schedule, tracking of the start and completion of work stages at the facility, ensuring operational and financial management of the construction process , tracking the budget, control of the availability of construction documentation, quality control of the performed works);
• Control of the fulfillment of deadlines, budget and quality;
• Estimation of the cost, deadlines and necessary resources for the implementation of projects in the field of construction . Compilation of works execution projects;
• Concurrence of documents necessary for the implementation of construction with controlling state bodies;
• Formation of documentation regarding the delivery of objects;
• Minimization of costs with implementation of the project;
• Participation in tender purchases.

We expect from you:

• Higher technical education (if construction is an advantage);
• Ability to read drawings and projects;
• Knowledge of computer programs: MSOffice, 1C - mandatory, AutoCAD ArchiCAD is an advantage;
• Additional education in the direction of "Project Management" is an advantage;
• Experience in the implementation of a full-cycle construction project.
