Our company is looking for a Director at Growex Trade who will motivate the team to achieve the best results.

What's important to us:

• High communication skills, the ability to negotiate with partners
• Experience in E-commerce is mandatory
• Leadership qualities, the ability to manage a team, and motivate for achievement result
• Expertise in the organization of cargo delivery and documentation control for trading activities
• Ability to motivate the team to execute the deal plan, profitability management
• Experience in managing a remote team (8 employees of the project works in the Pervomaisk office, 2 work remotely)
• Experience of cooperation with an accountant, procurement department and marketer.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the agricultural market and agricultural technologies
• Availability of own network of contacts in the agrarian business segment or the ability to rapidly develop and expandaku network
• Creativity and innovation in approaches to sales and business development
• Availability of certificates or education in the field of sales, marketing or agriculture
• Motivation for self-development and achievement of results

Responsibilities:

• Effective project management, control of staff performance: subordinated to 10 employees: marketer, accountant, logistician and purchasing department
• Management of marketing strategy (control of execution of plans by leads)
• Control of the execution of the purchase plan of PPE
• Control of the correct management of the SRM (sales drive) by employees of the procurement department
• Work with buyers
• Document flow control. Monitoring the production of the necessary documents for the successful conclusion of agreements
• Participation in meetings with the owner once a week (report on the work performed by the team)
