Project Manager / Account Director in IDNT, retail-marketing & design

We are looking for people for the position of Account Director or Project Manager

Basic expectations:

• work experience in an advertising/marketing agency in the required managerial position for at least 2 years
• higher education ( (preferable), successful presentation and negotiation skills
• English language: intermediate and above (i.e. we work with foreign partners)
• impeccable communication skills, we need a team player

Functional duties:

• management of company departments that develop projects and communicate with clients
• project management (interaction with the client, organizing the work of specialists within the company for the project)
• constant communication with clients, conducting negotiations and presentations
• drafting and conducting presentations, meetings, negotiations
• interaction with Ukrainian and foreign partners
• maintenance of project documentation: presentations, protocols, correspondence, project analyst reports
• monitoring of marketing activities
• participation in strategic sessions.
