Weare seeking anexperienced and highly motivated Project Manager tojoin our dynamic and rapidly growing slot games development department. AsaProject Manager, you will play acrucial role inoverseeing and coordinating the successful execution ofour game development projects from concept tolaunch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, developers, and quality assurance professionals, toensure the timely delivery ofhigh-quality slot games that exceed our clients’ expectations. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, toensure efficient project execution. Collaborate with stakeholders todefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal departments toallocate necessary resources, ensuring smooth project flow. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams, such asgame designers, artists, developers, andQA professionals, toensure project requirements are met. Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and status updates tokeep all stakeholders informed about project progress. Promote apositive team environment, encourage creative problem-solving, and resolve conflicts asthey arise. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards toensure the delivery ofhigh-quality slot games. Collaborate with theQA team todevelop test plans, perform thorough testing, and address any identified issues orbugs. Conduct regular reviews ofproject deliverables toensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Client Management: Serve asthe primary point ofcontact for clients, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates onproject progress, addressing any concerns orquestions. Identify opportunities for upselling orexpanding existing client relationships through successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies inthe slot games development space, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation. Conduct post-project evaluations toidentify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects. Drive the adoption ofproject management methodologies and tools toenhance project efficiency and productivity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree inarelevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Game Development, Project Management) orequivalent work experience. Proven experience asaProject Manager inthe gaming industry, specifically inslot games development.Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologies and tools. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability toprioritise tasks effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. Detail-oriented mindset and afocus ondelivering high-quality results. Ability toadapt tochanging priorities and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency inproject management software and tools. Passion for the gaming industry and asolid understanding ofslot games.
