- Ability to negotiate with customers efficiently and competently;
- Resistance to stress, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, prompt solution of complex tasks;
- English language level – B2+ (Upper-Intermediate).

Duties:
- Project planning, moderation and team upload management;
- Execution of project deliverables within deadlines, maintaining the intensity of the project;
- Control, together with the marketer, of the implementation of marketing results (team control, distribution and prioritization of tasks);
- Looking for a "bottleneck" in the project, generation and implementation of solutions to increase the indicators in the project;
- Regular communication with clients and contractors, solving complex issues;
- Ensuring achievement of key indicators and team effectiveness; font>
- Regular reporting on the progress/status of the project to clients and the manager;
- Development of commercial proposals and participation in the negotiation process;
- Packaging the effectiveness of financial investments in the customer's marketing;
- Management of several projects at the same time;
- Management of Action plan and control of filling dashboards with specialists.
