We provide a complete cycle of product development, from designing and manufacturing our own sensors, data modules, gateways, and our radio protocol to processing billions of incoming telemetry data, machine learning, web mapping systems, analytics systems, and mobile applications.

Our systems help customers identify equipment malfunctions long before they fail, and plan repairs or replacements without loss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request Management: prioritize requests, ensuring they are well-understood by the project team. Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring to fulfill needs.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, receiving project requests, clarifying requirements, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints promptly and professionally, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.
• Technical Integration: Lead the technical integration process with new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective utilization of our services.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to team members to meet project goals.
• Performance Tracking: track KPIs, and report project status to senior management.

Required skills:

• Experience working as a product/project manager in a modern, agile company.
• Good leadership skills. You have to know what it is that you want to achieve, can inspire others to follow your vision and have the drive to push your ideas through to execution.
• Proactive attitude: You find and evaluate problems to solve, rather than documenting stakeholder requirements.
• Strong ability to understand and synthesize business requirements.
• Strong understanding of what non-functional requirements are and how to develop and prioritize them during the product development cycle.
• Strong ability to express yourself in writing, develop clear specifications and act as a liaison between development, business, design and qa.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment.
  Strong negotiation skills, ability to safeguard the company’s interests.

As a plus:

• Fluent English
• Experience in leading cross-functional and dispersed teams.
• Business analysis background
