We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role in helping our startups succeed.

Work conditions:

• Probationary period: 3 months
• Work schedule: flexible working schedule, 8-hour working day, five-day workweek

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the vision for the product, gather requirements, and prioritize them
• Create and maintain product roadmap
• Provide leadership, planning for execution and hands-on management of projects
• Facilitate development of scope, deliverables, resource requirements
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet the requirements
• Organise and maintain all Agile processes within the project
• Coordinate the team throughout all project management phases
• Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
• Identify potential project risks and responding by corrective actions, risk acceptance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Track necessary data and report to top management
• Guide and support technical teams, providing insights and direction on technical aspects of the project

Requirements:

• Experience in Project and Product Management from 2 year
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Advanced level of English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to guide technical teams
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organisation
• Strong analytical and problem solving/ decision-making skills
• High responsibility level, strong organizational skills
• Successful experience in project team management
